• How much will Rugaustralia charge for delivery?

Generally, our company offer free standard postage to NSW, VIC, SA and metro cities in WA, Qld. After selecting correct product that you want to buy, you can calculate a shipping rate in your cart by filling in postcode.

For customers from remote areas (eg: NT), you may also contact info@smarthomedeco.com.au for a discounted price.

• How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 business day after clear payment.

It takes 1-7 business days to be delivered. Valid Tracking ID will be provided after item shipped out.

All items will be delivered during business hours. Usually we request the courier to call prior delivery, but we can't guarantee on behalf of courier.

• Our company ACCEPT change of mind returns within 30 days after item delivered. Pls contact info@smarthomedeco.com.au with a pictuire , showing the item is unused and in its original packaging. Our customer service team will assist you with it.
Pls be noted that in such cases, return postage should be paid by buyer side.

Yes, you may contact info@smarthomedeco.com.au for assistance. You have the option to return the item under our courier account, which has a discounted contract price. However, this requires return postage prepaid.

• Our company take full responsibility of all our items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@smarthomedeco.com.au to assist with organising your return & refund.
You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment.
